02. Service Description

Nexrein provides online cyber services including but not limited to KRA PIN applications, business registrations, tax returns filing, and document processing. We act as intermediaries to facilitate these services on behalf of our clients.

03. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Uploading genuine and valid documents
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Making timely payments for services rendered

04. Payment Terms

All payments must be made through our secure M-Pesa payment gateway. Services will only be delivered upon successful payment confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

05. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Service could not be completed due to our error
• Duplicate payments made by the client
• Service cancellation before processing begins

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

06. Service Delivery

We strive to complete all services within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including government processing times. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.

07. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nexrein Online Cyber Services and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
